Board Officer Descriptions
Chairman: Organizes, provides vision and accountability and oversees
changes and improvements.
Admin Co-Chairman: Oversees registrations and finances
Parent Representative: Oversees parent orientation and instruction
Principal Mentor: Trains and assists mentors and
students.
Secretary: Creates and maintains lists, helps with family and mentor registration, communicates
Treasurer: Collects and distributes funds, helps with
student registration and tracks all expenses.
Additional Officers
Building Coordinator: Responsible for our
building: finding (when needed), maintaining, cleaning (do it yourself or
have a sign-up, troubleshooting, and making rent payments on time.
Activities Coordinator: Facilitates our large
get-togethers, i.e. Harvest Party, Winter Ball, Talent Show, etc. This
position will help communication and direction flow smoothly and with
purpose.
